Akhtar, my hubby and I were about the 3rd times visiting the show-houses I mentioned just now. The double storey superlink-terrace was launched parallel with the range of cluster type, back to a week before Chinese New Year 2011.
I remember of our first visit, it was the 3rd day of the show-house opening,
which at that time, Sunrise Palace managed to get 16 committed buyers on the cluster house range at the introduction price of MYR268,880/ unit – within 3 days itself!! And that was amazing enough!! The Cluster house series itself faced an upsurge in price 2 times in a month. After Chinese new year, the selling price went up to MYR298,880. And just recently by 1st March 2011, the price tremendously hiking up again to MYR318,880. No joke!!
Yes, If you open your eyes bigger, there’s other range of houses on sale I mentioned just now..the cluster type! ….3rd phase still available!!

There’s a natural scenic lake. It is from the entrance along the driveway to the end point of the cluster and superlink-terrace house area. The hill across the lake would be the placemat of bungalow and semi-D range of houses. Price? Awesome as well, but wait until they are ready with the plan and launching then just appleofdeye will reveal.

Anyway, this lake is the main attraction that made your heart jumping to own one of the pieces. ^_^ I love to see the after-rain effects here! Amazing!!

They will build water sports facilities, shopping sanctuary, outdoor exercise and walking path or jogging track etc. in 10 years planned timeline (might be earlier depends on demand and goodwill)

The Clear Water Bay Resort will be build next to the 3rd phase of cluster house location that currently is on sales. So you can imagine how would the picturesque of the living surrounding be. (Mountain view as well)

(Other fact: Their prior plan was to complete the cluster and superlink-terrace in year 2013 but due to unexpected response, the completion date is expedited to year 2012…if you not plan to stay once the CF completed and you plan to refinance, you may setup a freelance homestay while waiting for the upcoming buyers).

Hi, I am Hor here. I visited the model house with my wife who immediately fall in love with the beauty of the lake. Upon returning home and after discussion, I visited the site next day and committed a superlink house with down payment of 5k. I know the houses are facing west with the evening hot sun but we don't mind. However, after visiting the site a few times, we realized that the superlink houses has one serious defect. the residents will be disturbed by noises and smell from vehicles when the ipoh-lumut highway opens an entrance and connect to the main road of the resort. So I immediately exchange from superlink to cluster at RM338,800 (I only visited and purchased in Jan 2012). Nevertheless, don't be upset by my statement as everyone has their own opinion and react differently. After all, all purchasers will definitely benefit from the up rising of prices upon completion of the project. Nice to visit your blog. Have a good day and bye !

Thanks for the comments. I think you hit the mark on the afternoon hot sun that I personally think if some people really loves to open wide their 'back yard' side to enjoy the breeze, somehow the heat will stop them to do so.They should hope for a more wet day in the afternoon...I hope the developer could do something about 'serious defect' you mentioned if it really would. Noise and smell is one thing...dust COULD creat another issue..I agree.
